Welcome to Al-Madina International Travels B.D.. By booking any of our Umrah or Hajj travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, office, or authorized agents).

  • A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking, depending on the package selected.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Al-Madina International Travels B.D.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or approved digital payment methods.

  • Full payment must be completed before ticket issuance, visa processing, or final travel documentation.

  • Payment receipts must be retained as proof of transaction.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to airline, hotel, and visa policy deductions.

  • Administrative fees may apply in case of cancellation or rescheduling.

  • No refunds are issued for no-shows or partially used services.

4. Visa and Documentation

  • Passengers must provide accurate personal details and valid documents (passport, photos, etc.) as required.

  • Al-Madina International Travels B.D. facilitates visa processing but does not guarantee visa issuance, which is at the discretion of the Saudi authorities.

  • Any delay or rejection in visa processing is beyond our control and non-refundable.

5. Responsibilities and Liability

  • We act only as agents for airlines, hotels, and service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties.

  • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or damage during travel.

  • It is the pilgrim's responsibility to ensure their physical fitness for travel and religious activities.

6. Itinerary and Travel Changes

  • Al-Madina International Travels B.D. reserves the right to alter travel dates, itineraries, accommodations, or services due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

  • Any changes will be communicated promptly and suitable alternatives provided.

7. Code of Conduct

  • All pilgrims must adhere to the rules and customs of the host country (Saudi Arabia) and Islamic etiquette.

  • Inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the group without refund.

8. Use of Personal Information

  • Personal data collected for booking and travel purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
